jeetbet Terms and Conditions

1 General Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement that applies to the jeetbet platform and all services, products and activities under it. These Terms have been prepared in Bengali for Bangladeshi users and govern the relationship between the user and jeetbet.

By creating an account on jeetbet or using the platform, you give your legal consent to accept all provisions of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

jeetbet reserves the right to change, add to or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on jeetbet and participate in any betting or casino games, the user must be at least 21 years old. It is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21 to open an account. If a user fails to prove their age during identity verification, the account will be closed immediately and funds in the account may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, jeetbet reserves the right to permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit all bonuses.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

At the time of account registration, users are required to provide their correct name, date of birth, mobile number and any other required details. Providing false or misleading information is a direct breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

In the interest of safety and security, jeetbet may ask users to submit documents for identity verification at any time. Identity verification may be mandatory before withdrawing significant amounts.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account username and password fully confidential. The user is personally responsible for any activity — authorised or unauthorised — that takes place on their account.

• Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited.
• If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, the jeetbet support team must be notified immediately.
• Transferring, selling or renting the account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• If suspicious activity is detected, jeetbet may temporarily suspend the account.

jeetbet will not be responsible for any loss or fraud on the account resulting from the user's own negligence or carelessness.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on jeetbet is ৳200. The currently supported deposit methods on jeetbet are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and BRAC Bank).

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

4.3 General Conditions

• It is recommended that the deposit method and withdrawal method be the same.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made only through an account or number registered in the user's own name — transactions through third parties are prohibited.
• Funds related to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, jeetbet may hold the withdrawal until verification is complete.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The jeetbet welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus and a balance of ৳2,200; wagering required is ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000.

5.2 Other Active Promotions

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A user cannot combine more than one bonus at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted directly to cash — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• jeetbet reserves the right to change, cancel or suspend any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent claims are detected, the relevant bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

Each bet placed on jeetbet has its own rules, which are described in detail on the relevant game or event page. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error or a jeetbet-side reason requires cancellation.

6.2 Suspended or Incomplete Events

If an event or match is not completed or is cancelled due to regulatory requirements or other reasons, jeetbet will settle the bets on that event in accordance with its own policy. Where applicable, stake money may be refunded.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game or bet is affected by a server error, disconnection or any other technical reason, jeetbet reserves the right, subject to investigation, to void that round or event and refund the stake.

6.4 Odds Changes

Odds in live betting are subject to change. The odds applicable at the moment the bet is confirmed will be considered final. If odds are displayed incorrectly due to a programming error (odds significantly lower or higher than normal), jeetbet reserves the right to void those bets.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeetbet platform:

• Account or information fraud and providing a false identity.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage (through software bots, automated tools, etc.).
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or conducting any other illegal financial activity.
• Making transactions using a third party's account.
• Copying, distributing or commercially using any part of the jeetbet platform without permission.
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately towards other users.
• Participating in any activity related to match-fixing or result manipulation.

For any of the above violations, jeetbet reserves the right to permanently close the account, forfeit all funds and take legal action if necessary.

8 Personal Data and Privacy

The collection, storage and use of users' personal data by jeetbet is described in detail separately in our Privacy Policy. It is the user's responsibility to read the Privacy Policy alongside these Terms.

Users' personal data is used solely for the purposes of providing services, identity verification, fraud prevention and meeting legal obligations. Data is not sold to any third party.

9 Responsible Gaming Obligations

jeetbet believes that betting and online gaming should be a form of entertainment. If anyone feels they are losing control over their play, we encourage them to seek help by following our Responsible Gaming guidelines.

• Users may request deposit limits, betting limits or self-exclusion on their account.
• Never bet with money you cannot afford to lose.
• Avoid betting with borrowed money or by drawing on savings.
• Do not share your account or transactions with anyone under 21.

If jeetbet identifies problematic gaming behaviour, it may impose limits on the relevant account or offer the user the option to take a voluntary break.

10 Account Suspension or Closure

10.1 Suspension by jeetbet

jeetbet may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• False information found during identity verification.
• Evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Due to regulatory or legal obligations.

10.2 Closure by the User

If a user wishes to close their own account, they may contact the jeetbet support team. Before closing the account, please review the wagering requirements of any active bonuses — if the requirements have not been met, the bonus funds will be cancelled.

11 Limitation of Liability

jeetbet is not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by technical errors, server outages, disruption of third-party services or unavoidable circumstances.

Betting outcomes are entirely uncertain; jeetbet does not guarantee any specific win or result. All bets and games are played at the user's own risk.

12 Changes to Terms

jeetbet reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify the user via their registered mobile number or email.
